How to Get Fire Wisp in Grow a Garden — Summer Camp Event Guide
With the launch of the major Grow a Garden summer update, the all-new Summer Camp Event has officially begun. The most dazzling prize—the Fire Wisp—has become the ultimate goal for every farmer. This guide focuses on how to obtain the Fire Wisp, providing a comprehensive overview of the event mechanics to help you bring this pet home as soon as possible.

Summer Camp Event Overview

The Summer Camp Event officially launched on June 6, 2026. This event is a server-wide collaborative effort where players must toss fruit into the giant campfire at the center of the camp to keep the flames burning. The campfire has five levels; higher levels increase the crafting speed at the Campfire Crafting Table and unlock a wider variety of high-tier items. If the campfire goes out, any ongoing crafting tasks will pause until the fire is relit.
As the campfire level rises, the entire server unlocks increasingly generous milestone rewards, including limited-time seeds, pet eggs, and various items. The update also introduces three new plants—Firefly Spiral, Hearth Reed, and Firepit Flower—and new pets: Cicada, Newt, Nightjar, and the star of this guide, the Fire Wisp. Additionally, a new mutation called Ember has been added, infusing players' summer gardens with a fiery atmosphere.
Note: The Bee Event has not been removed; players can still participate in its activities via the in-game mailbox.

How to Obtain the Fire Wisp

The Fire Wisp can only be obtained by hatching a Campfire Egg. The process involves the following three steps:
Step 1: Light the Campfire and Unlock the Crafting Table

You must feed crops to the campfire to keep the flames burning. As long as the fire is lit, you can craft various items at the Campfire Crafting Table. It is recommended to work with other players on your server to level up the campfire quickly. You can only craft the Campfire Egg once the campfire reaches Level 5. Crafting the egg requires 20,700 Ember points; each piece of fruit contributes a few hundred Ember points, and you can track progress via the progress bar displayed on the campfire.
Step 2: Gather Materials and Craft the Campfire Egg

The Campfire Egg is crafted at the Campfire Crafting Table, and the crafting process takes 45 minutes. The recipe is as follows:
- 1x Rare Egg
- 1x Mango Seed
- 1B Sheckles
Rare Eggs and Mango Seeds occasionally appear in the in-game shop, so players can keep an eye out for them. Alternatively, Robux or trade tokens can be used instead of the materials (costing 149 Robux or 149 trade tokens); players can choose the method that suits them best.
Step 3: Hatch the Campfire Egg—try your luck for that 0.5% chance

Once you have successfully crafted the Campfire Egg, place it in your garden to begin the hatching process. The Campfire Egg is a Mythical-rarity egg that takes 4 hours to hatch. It contains four exclusive pets, each with unique summer-themed abilities:
| Pet | Hatch Chance | Core Ability |
|---|---|---|
| Cicada | 55% | Summer Buzz — Randomly lands on a plant, accelerating its growth speed for a period of time. |
| Newt | 35% | Renewtal + Summer Harvester — Chance to duplicate crops upon harvest; higher duplication rate for summer-type plants. |
| Nightjar | 9.5% | Call of the Night — Consumes Moonlight Mutation Fruit to provide an XP boost and passive buffs to a random pet. |
| Fire Wisp | 0.5% | Heart of Fire + Fireheart — Transforms crops or pets into the Ember variant form. |
Theoretically, a player would need to hatch about 200 Campfire Eggs to have a chance of seeing a Fire Wisp; however, it ultimately comes down to luck—you might even see the Fire Wisp after just a few attempts.

Fire Wisp and Ember Mutation

The Fire Wisp is a Prismatic pet with a massive hunger capacity of 50,000, allowing it to remain active for long periods with ease. Its most remarkable feature is its unique dual passive skills.
Heart of Fire
Triggers every 5–10 minutes with a 5%–10% chance to apply the Ember Variant to a nearby fruit. It grants a 32% XP boost and a 32% buff effect bonus, making it one of the most rewarding fruit mutations in the game. This skill cannot be copied or refreshed by other pets and automatically skips fruits marked as favorites.
Fireheart
This ability triggers every 10–18 minutes, offering a 3%–6% chance to grant a Level 100 pet the Ember Pet Mutation. However, this mutation process carries a 50% failure rate: a failure drops the pet's level to 50, while a success resets the level to 1 and applies the Ember mutation.
This skill cannot be copied or refreshed by other pets. Consequently, every use of Fireheart is a gamble; you might secure the game's most powerful mutation, or watch helplessly as the levels of a painstakingly trained pet vanish in an instant.

Tips and Strategies
- It is recommended to level your target pet to 100 before using Fireheart and to stock up on Lollipops and Energy Chews to accelerate the subsequent re-leveling process.
- Use items and the Supreme Sprinkler to slightly boost your odds, and avoid using your most essential, irreplaceable pets as test subjects.
- Heart of Fire is a passive, continuous skill; simply keeping the Fire Wisp active in your garden allows it to automatically affect nearby crops.
